Jonathan Rundlett has been involved in the real estate industry since 2007. Initially starting as a real estate agent focusing on the fix and flip investing strategy, he became a team leader for DC REIA and Realinvestors of MD growing a wholesale team to about 40 people. In 2014, Jonathan was recognized by DC REIA, one of the largest REIAs on the east coast, as the Investor of the Year. He then started guest speaking at the symposiums for Tigrent, Inc., the division of the Rich Dad Poor Dad companies that provides courses and education programs, educating students on financing options for real estate investing and coordinating bus tours for students to purchase investments and learn about estimating repairs. Jonathan went on to open his own real estate brokerage in 2016 and grew the brokerage from scratch to two offices with over 100 agents in two years. He then purchased the territory rights for the Mid-Atlantic region of EXIT Realty overseeing all EXIT Realty brokerages in MD, DC, WV, PA and DE until he sold his business in 2023. Jonathan has a real estate broker’s license in MD, DC and VA and has a mortgage originator license and insurance licenses in P&C and life.
